Since 1987, Flanigan means excellent gastronomy with idyllic views overlooking the harbour.
Those who take a seat at Flanigan are obliged to make room for such a delight. A super-thin puff pastry tart covered with very fine apple slices, resulting in a crispy, juicy, sweet and tangy flavour with notes of butter and vanilla.
Although it's a classic in Flanigan, it’s original from France. It arrived in our island thanks to Miguel Arias, founder and owner. And since then... it's the oldest item on Flanigan's menu.
